First of all, thank you for sharing the things you are grateful for! I loved reading all of the comments!
Secondly, Happy Monday! I have decided to make it a HAPPY Monday. I know Monday mornings are especially tough, but I am going to work on making it a good one!
Sorry for not posting yesterday. After driving home from Maryland, I had to come home and do hours and hours of work–consequently, there was zero time to blog.
However, despite all the work this weekend, I definitely managed to have some quality fun and shopping with my sister. We did a very nice job of dominating the Hagerstown Outlet Mall!
I spent less than $100 and got some serious cute items.
From Gap, I got this bright blue long-sleeve shirt. My sister got the same one. Every time we go to these outfits we have a tradition to get one matching clothing item. Since we live far apart, it is fun to look at each others pictures and recognize our sister shirt or dress. 🙂
I also purchased several Christmas presents that will not be blogged, as several of my family members read this blog!
I also hit serious shopping success at New York and Company and Banana Republic.
I bought this dress and necklace (Thank you, Hannah, for being my stylist).
My sister let me know that I NEEDED a long necklace. So I finally purchased one. I then got this winter-friendly dress to match my new necklace. Does anyone else buy clothes to match accessories?
I also bought these pants from New York and Company for $9.99. No joke.
Sorry, pants just do not photograph well!
I have been trying to embrace the legging trend, so Hannah decided to help me find a long sweater to go with my newly purchased leggings.
I think this shopping extravaganza was a frugal frog win because I got all of these items + 2 Christmas presents for less than $100. I also have a far more positive outlook on the colder weather, since I now have new wardrobe options–YAY!
Do you like shopping? What are your favorite places to shop? Are you embracing any of the new trends this season?
I loooooove shopping! My favorite stores are Banana Republic, J. Crew, and Ann Taylor; however, I have recently fallen in love with New York and Company (especially after the deals this weekend!).
