Confession #1: Whenever I have a cold or sinus infection, I still buy children’s grape Sudfed because it tastes so dang delicious. It makes being sick much less awful.
Confession #2: When I grow up I want to own a Bed & Breakfast.
Confession #3: I still watch “Full House” and “Sister Sister” whenever they are on TV.
and
Confession #4: I am terrified of going to the dentist because he is going to be sad at me for brushing my teeth too hard (and making my gums recede). I keep procrastinating making an appointment.
Confession #5: Sometimes I go to Lowe’s just to walk down the lumber aisle and smell that amazing lumber aroma.
Confession #6: I have a serious sweet tooth. I am one of those girls that needs desserts. I am actually a born and bred cake addict, but since gluten and I just do not get along, I have had to figure out more creative ways to get a dessert fix.
Confession #7: I am too lazy and too frugal to search for and buy alternative gluten-free “flours.” I would just prefer to eat buttercream frosting sans cake and crust-less pie = pudding! My new favorite paleo-friendly dessert is pumpkin pie pudding.
Paleo Pumpkin Pudding
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
2 extra large (or 3 large eggs)
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
1) Whisk all ingredients together
2) Pour/Strain through a sieve, sifter or food mill
3) Bake in a water bath at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
4) Chill until ready to eat!
Do you have any confessions?
I spend way too much time on pinterest!!
Me, too! You are in good company! 🙂
I confess that I want to make this recipe ASAP. Yum!
I am TOTALLY with you for numbers 3,5 and 6. I love Full House! I really want to go visit the actual house in San Francisco one day! I also have a huge sweet tooth and a preference for icing as opposed to cake!
So funny!
wow- yum!!!
haha i love your #5 haha. Lumber aromas! it does smell good for sure!
I still watch full house too! and fresh prince, and home improvement 🙂 awww childhood!
I am such a Full House fan- I am ashamed to admit that I don’t own the boxed set- I don’t know why I’m not an owner to all of the seasons. I’m so ashamed of myself! 😦
This recipe sounds ROCKIN! 🙂
I would stay at your Bed & Breakfast 😀
Hahha loved this! I am a major Full House fan too, and yep Sister Sister as well! I am intrigued by this recipe as well… I feel ya on those dang flours, they can be pricey!!
I was JUST thinking that I haven’t seen Full House in a while! haha
SO I have a major sweet tooth and my major confession si that every Sunday Im like ‘Im going to give up sugar totally for 3 weeks, and then only have something sweet once per week!’. And then Monday night Im tucking into the dark chocolate post dinner. Thank goodness I no longer blog about these ‘decisions’.
Now where does one watch full house!? I feel Louis needs the exposure!!
I have decided to stop “giving up sugar” because it only lasts for 2 hours! 🙂 And I will make it my mission to find a way for you and Louis to experience the wonder that is Full House!
Would your bed and breakfast be paleo? 🙂
Full house is the best show ever 🙂 Lowe’s, yeah I go there to buy copious amounts of sand…. and I agree with you it smells good haha
Eep! I want to run a bed and breakfast, too. My boy and I are moving to a place downtown, and we’re going to post the second bedroom on Airbnb and run it like a bed and breakfast 🙂 I’m so excited.
Anyway, this pudding sounds delicious. MUST find a way to make it vegan.
How fun!!! I am so jealous! I cannot wait! I feel like silken tofu might be the ticket to veganizing this recipe.
confession #1: you are my twin and i love you … now let’s bond over some buttercream frosting!!! I’ll work on our partnership agreement to open a bread and breakfast while waiting for you to get here!
YAY! I am so excited to have you as a twin! 🙂 I am STOKED about our B&B!!!
